Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important. They they are reserved and scheduled especially for you and your skin’s conditions. We do understand that life happens and sometimes adjustments are needed. With that in mind, I respectfully request a 24-hour notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving 24-hour notice, I miss you opportunity to fill that timeslot with clients on my waiting list. And clients on my waiting list miss out on the opportunity to receive services. With enough notice there’s a good chance I will be able to fill your appointment time. If 24 hour notice is not given, you will be charged 100% of your service.
